About
The park of Château de Tallard - a listed site with century-old trees - has been under the protection of the Office National des Forêts (ONF) since 1957. Calm and freshness await you in the heart of this forest where the trees whisper...
During the Renaissance, the park served as a garenne, providing game for the table of the lord of the time, Bernardin De Clermont. In 1499, he had it surrounded by walls. Totally destroyed by the Duke of Savoy's fire in 1692, it took many years for the park to regain its original splendor.
