Every year for the past 15 years, Pourpre Noire has organized a Gospel Festival, inviting prestigious choirmasters from the USA, Belgium and Spain...... to share in this music which, born of the suffering of black American slaves, nonetheless brings joy, dynamism and hope. This year's Chorale éphémère, made up of beginners and advanced trainees, will be directed by Carla Jane, a well-known singer and choral conductor from Great Britain.
